5K “Turkey Trot” to be held at HCC

Hagerstown Community College’s athletic teams will host the 24th annual “Turkey Trot” 5K run/walk/kids races and food/toy drive on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, on the HCC campus. Packet pick-up will begin at 7 a.m., followed by the Mashed Potato Kids Race start at 8:30 a.m., and the 5K run/walk race start at 9 a.m.

Pre-registration for the 5K run/walk is $30 and race day registration is $35. New this year, there is a student rate of $20 for racers ages 6 to 18, through November 28. Pre-registration for the Mashed Potato Kids Race, ages three to 10, is $10 and race day… Read more
