HCC develops agreement with PA College of Art and Design

Officials at Hagerstown Community College recently developed articulation agreements with Pennsylvania College of Art and Design. Students who complete an associate degree in art or graphic design at HCC now have an option to pursue a seamless transfer into the Bachelor of Fine Arts program at PCA&D.

PCA&D is a four-year, private art college in Lancaster, Pa., that offers a BFA degree in digital media, fine art, graphic design, illustration and photography.
