Before submitting a supplemental application for a nursing program, you must first apply for admission to HCC. Once you have applied for admission to HCC, you can then complete the Supplemental Application for Nursing for your preferred nursing program based on the nursing program(s) information below:

All nursing applicants must complete the nationally-normed test for nursing students known as the Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS). You can access your official TEAS scores online through ATI's website. All RN and PN nursing applicants are required to watch the Nursing Preview Program prior to the application deadline. Nursing Preview program exemption is made for RN transition applicants and for any nursing applicants that have successfully completed a nursing course at an accredited college. Please submit official transcripts from all colleges attended. Information on the A&P Placement Exam can be found on the Placement Study Materials webpage.
