Terri Bidle named HCC Faculty of the Year
(September 22, 2020) – Hagerstown Community College recently recognized Terri Bidle, professor of biology, as the faculty of the year for 2019.
Bidle started her career at HCC as the Science Learning Center Coordinator in 1985 and became a full-time faculty member in 1990. During this time she implemented the student tutoring and group study program for students enrolled in science courses. She has been a member of the Human Anatomy and Physiology Society since 1995, has presented at national meetings, and authored a lab manual and textbook.
Bidle earned a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and went on to obtain a Master of Science degree in biomedical science from Hood College.
