HCC offers two tuition-free summer classes for 2021 high school grads
(March 5, 2021) – Hagerstown Community College is offering two tuition-free summer classes to area 2021 high school graduates. This means students will only have to pay the cost of textbooks and college/course fees.
“We recognize all the sacrifices this year’s high school graduates have been forced to make, due to the pandemic,” said HCC President Jim Klauber. “This gift from the college is our way of helping to honor them and celebrate their accomplishments.”
The offer is open to 2021 high school/homeschool graduates from Washington County and HCC’s neighboring out-of-state counties (Franklin County, PA; Fulton County, PA; Berkeley County, WV; Jefferson County, WV; and Morgan County, WV).
Students may select one or two summer courses beginning May 24, June 21, or July 6, and must be enrolled by May 17. Tuition is offered free-of-charge, but students are responsible for the cost of textbooks and college/course fees.
The application deadline is May 3. To learn more and apply, visit www.hagerstowncc.edu/gradgift.
