HCC to offer virtual Women’s Growth Workshop on career development
(July 17, 2020) – The Workforce Solutions and Continuing Education Division at Hagerstown Community College will offer a virtual Women’s Growth Workshop with a focus on career and professional development on Saturday, July 25, from 9 to 11:30 a.m.
The “Women’s Growth Workshop – Career” will feature speakers empowering women to determine and pursue their paths to career success through strengthening their inner voice, developing professional goals, building leadership qualities, and identifying appropriate opportunities for education, training, and mentorship.
Presentations from Laura Wallace, Andi Overton, Morgan Plummer, and Amy Taylor will be followed by an interactive question and answer segment with the speakers. With over six decades of combined entrepreneurial, coaching, speaking, and leadership experience, these career-driven women will give attendees insight and practical tools to navigate career transition and advancement.
“At each Women’s Growth Workshop, we connect women from the local and global community, empowering and equipping their journey from inspiration to implementation,” says co-host and partner Tina Fraley of FitMinded Living. “We believe that every woman, at every stage, age, and place in life can up-level their careers with confidence and purpose.”
This workshop is the second in a series of five. To learn more about the workshops or register, call 240-500-2236 or visit www.hagerstowncc.edu/women.
