HCC to hold skilled careers open house August 17

(July 15, 2020) – The Workforce Solutions and Continuing Education Division at Hagerstown Community College will hold an open house to highlight skilled careers, on Monday, August 17, from 3 to 6 p.m., in the Career Programs Building on the HCC campus. The event is free and open to the public.

Information will be available about short-term training programs, including medical careers; commercial truck driving (CDL); construction trades; heavy equipment operator; diesel technician; forklift operator; and personal trainer. Representatives will be available to answer questions and help guide prospective students to get started. Scholarship and grant applications can be completed for tuition assistance for the programs.
