Submitting Work Orders
Employees can submit work orders by emailing trackit@hagerstowncc.edu.
- In the subject field provide a brief summary of the issue or request.
- In the body of your email, please provide as much detail as possible of the issue or request. Please provide room locations, times, specific error messages, etc.
- The work order will be received and assigned to a technician for resolution.
