Hagerstown Community College connects employers with motivated students ready to contribute. Our Career Development Services Coordinator partners with businesses to support workforce needs and offer students real-world experience through part-time jobs, internships and full-time roles.

Partner With HCC to Connect Education and Employment

Hagerstown Community College invites employers to share job, internship and volunteer opportunities with students and alumni through a variety of channels.

Online Job Board: College Central Network (CCN)

Post opportunities on HCC’s job board via College Central Network. Register at www.collegecentral.com/hagerstown. Once approved and your company profile is complete, you can post positions and search resumes of qualified candidates.

Internships

Internships play a vital role in students' career development. HCC welcomes new internship opportunities across all majors. Employers must submit an Employer Application to Host an Internship.

Career Expo/Job & Internship Fair

HCC’s annual Career Expo connects students and alumni with employers. This well-attended event offers a chance to meet a wide range of job seekers. Learn more and register at www.hagerstowncc.edu/careerexpo.

On-Campus Recruitment

Reserve a recruitment table in the Student Center to meet students face-to-face. Employers must submit a signed Facility Use Agreement and Certificate of Insurance at least two weeks prior to their visit. Send documents to: internshipandjobservices@hagerstowncc.edu. Annual submissions are encouraged for ongoing participation.
