The Washington County Career Expo connects students, job seekers, and career changers with local employers, training programs, and educational resources. This event supports workforce development in our region and empowers participants to explore career pathways and build a stronger future.
This event attracts nearly 150 employers and over 1,000 jobseekers. We are anticipating another successful event that will showcase the vibrant opportunities available to the greater Hagerstown community. Representatives from local employers, Hagerstown Community College, local 4-year educational institutes, local employment agencies, and military organizations will be in attendance.
Students, Alumni, and Community Job Seekers
Pre-registration for jobseekers is not required; however, will be appreciated so we can plan for your participation. Registered jobseekers will be able to use the Employer Profile Search feature prior to the event to research participating Employers and view job opportunities in advance. You are strongly encouraged to dress professionally and bring printed copies of your resume to the event.
Current HCC students have been pre-registered with College Central Network with their student email address and will need to sign-in to activate their account in order to complete the event registration. If needed, instructions were emailed to current students in early January.
Employers, 4-Year Colleges, and Community Employment Agency Vendors
Thank you for your interest to participate at the Spring 2026 Career Expo. By participating, you will have the opportunity to connect with nearly 1,000 attendees that will include Hagerstown Community College students and alumni, local high school students and greater Hagerstown community jobseekers about job, internship and apprenticeship opportunities; career pathways within your organization; educational opportunities; and employment resources.
All participating vendors are required to be a Registered Employer on HCC’s online job board, visit College Central Network (CCN) to register. If you've already registered as an Employer on CCN, select “Register to Attend.” First time visitors to HCC's College Central Network will need to create an account to sign up for an Employer registration, once approved you will receive an email notification to sign-in to complete your event registration. Be sure to remember your UserID and password when you create your registration.
IMPORTANT: All participating vendors must submit a valid Certificate of Insurance and a Signed HCC Facility Use Agreement no later than March 13, 2026. Please submit both documents at the same time attached to an email to lscafide@hagerstowncc.edu.

Event registration for this event will be open January 9 – March 6, 2026. Jobseeker registration is FREE!
Organization Pricing
Vendor Registration Fee includes (1) vendor booth, a 6-foot table, (2) chairs; and lunch for (2) representatives.
More than two representatives, up to a total of four representatives, is an additional $25 per representative.

Event signage includes – website, programs, monitors in the ARCC, and day-of event signage.

The Washington County Career Expo is being hosted by Hagerstown Community College in partnership with Washington County Business and Economic Development; Washington County Chamber of Commerce; and, Washington County Public Schools. This event is FREE for jobseekers and attendees.
