Workforce Training Scholarships
You may be eligible for a scholarship if you need assistance with tuition for Workforce Solutions Training Certificates. Below you will find the application process for tuition assistance and the approved programs. For additional information and questions, please, contact 240-500-2236.

Details about the scholarship process:
- Documentation can be securely uploaded through the application link
- Scholarships take approximately two weeks for approval
- Scholarships may cover all or part of the program cost
- Students currently enrolled in credit classes and receiving financial aid for these classes are not eligible to obtain a non-credit scholarship for the same term.
- The notification of scholarship awards will be sent to the email on your application.

Scholarships are made available through the following grant programs:
Maryland Workforce Development Sequence Scholarships
The Workforce Development Sequence Scholarship available through the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) is designed to provide all or part financial assistance to students interested in registering for approved non-credit certification programs that lead to employment or licensure.
EARN Transportation and Logistics Pathways Grant
The Maryland Department of Labor grant provides support and scholarships for individuals training as CDL truck drivers or forklift operators.
Workforce Development Scholarships
Thanks to the support of generous donors, scholarships are available for individuals pursuing a workforce development program.
Rural Maryland Economic Development Fund
The Rural Maryland Economic Development Fund provides scholarships to grow jobs in the state’s rural counties.
