• Wednesday - 7am to 10 pm
• Thursday - 7am to 10 pm
• Friday - 7am to 9 pm
• Saturday – 8am to 4pm hours will vary due to special events
• Sunday – Campus Closed – Special Event Coverage

• Assist students. Faculty, staff and visitor motorist with dead batteries or keys locked in a car, without a charge.

• In an EMERGENCY, always call 911 for Fire, Ambulance, and/or Police
• To contact an on-duty HCC Police or Campus Security Officer call 240-500-2308 or 2308 from any campus phone.
• If you calling outside normal business hours, or cannot get through to an HCC Officer, call the Washington County Sheriff’s Office Non-Emergency number 240-313-2100.
• To obtain a copy of the HCC Annual Security Report stop in, during normal business hours, or go to the HCC Website https://www.hagerstowncc.edu/campus-police-annual-security-report
• If you are reporting a crime, in progress, call 911.
• If you would like to report a crime that has occurred in the past, call or stop in the HCC Police Department office during normal business hours.
