Consortium Agreement
Complete this form if you are receiving financial aid at HCC while attending another college/university at the same time. A student can attend two colleges at the same time, BUT cannot receive financial aid at both colleges/universities at the same time. The Student Financial Aid Office does have a deadline to submit this form - please speak with a staff member at the Student Financial Aid Office before completing this form.

The Student Financial Aid Office will request this form if you indicated on your FAFSA that you have a Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) and/or that you will be pursuing a graduate degree.
This form is completed online – once you click submit, the form and supporting documentation will be electronically sent to the Student Financial Aid Office. Please allow 7-10 days for processing – continue to check your HCC student email account for updates.
Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students (PLUS)
Parent loans are designed for parents who want to borrow to help pay for their dependent children’s educational expenses. Parent borrowers generally must begin repaying the principal and interest within 60 days after the loan is completely disbursed.
Students and parents wishing to apply for education loans must meet all requirements for federal financial aid, and parents must complete a Master Promissory Note on the StudentLoans.gov website.
