HCC's Chatbot Does More!

Hagerstown Community College’s Chatbot, Hawkeye, has been enhanced to service you. Questions have been updated from the Admissions and Enrollment, Advising and Registration, Student Financial Aid, Student Accounts (billing), and IT offices.

Hawkeye can provide answers to your common questions such as the admissions process, the financial aid process, registration, graduation, student accounts (bills), and even help you reset your password. You will see Hawkeye pop up on many of our webpages – once it pops up, all you have to do is ask your question. It will try to give you the best answer and if an answer is unknown, you will be able to contact one of the offices to assist you further. Be sure to try using Hawkeye today!
