HCC raises $13,585 to benefit United Way of Washington County
During the months of October and November, faculty and staff from Hagerstown Community College raised $13,585 during a fundraising campaign to benefit the United Way of Washington County.
These funds are used to support collaborative programs that improve education, health, and financial stability in Washington County, as well as provide basic needs to members of the community.
“Last year, over 47,000 lives were impacted by the work of the United Way of Washington County,” said HCC campaign representative Megan Curry. “I am so proud to be part of a team that comes together each year to support the efforts of our local United Way.”
