HCC Foundation receives donation from Ronald and Cathy Keyser
(February 11, 2020) – The Hagerstown Community College Foundation recently received a $25,000 donation from Dr. Ronald and Mrs. Cathy Keyser, of Hagerstown, to endow their second named scholarship.
“HCC is an important community pathway to personal economic security,” said Ronald Keyser. “Cathy and I want to honor our fathers by helping others achieve their educational goals in business.”
The Adolph A. Keyser and Roger E. Pemberton Scholarship in Business is open to students that are residents of Washington County, have a 3.0 GPA or higher, have a financial need, and are business administration, accounting, economics, or business related majors. It is an endowed scholarship held in trust by the HCC Foundation, Inc. The interest from the gift is awarded annually to eligible HCC students who meet the criteria.
