Honors Convocation Attendees*

The following categories of students will be invited to the convocation ceremony:

  • Phi Theta Kappa (PTK): graduating students who are current members of PTK
  • Competitive Awards: graduating students who were identified by their respective academic divisions
  • High Honors & Honors: graduating students whose cumulative GPA meets the standards (as outlined above), for either honors or high honors by the previous fall semester

*Only students within the current graduating class will be invited to the Honors Convocation ceremony. Dean’s List students are recognized separately, per our standard process, at the end of each semester.

Graduates meeting the above categories will be emailed an invitation. The ceremony will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2025, in the ARCC, beginning at 7 pm. Student honorees are required to respond to the invitation to notify the College of their attendance.

Honorees are asked to be present by 6:30 p.m. for picking up their personalized award card, seating assignment and ceremony instructions. Students are expected to dress nicely for this event (i.e., business casual).
