The Certified Production Technician program is designed for training and certifying individuals with the core technical competencies needed to enter front-line production jobs in all manufacturing sectors. A series of four classes, this first course covers various aspects of safety in the classroom and online learning. Students must have access to the internet to complete course activities. 

Applicants must complete the following: 

• Complete the scholarship application
• Upload ALL required documentation
• Contact Program Manager

Maryland Workforce Development Sequence Scholarships

The Workforce Development Sequence Scholarship available through the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) is designed to provide all or partial financial assistance to students interested in registering for approved non-credit certification programs that lead to employment or licensure. Funding is currently pending approval.
