Iraq and Afghanistan Service Grant Form

A student who is not eligible for a Pell Grant but whose parent was a member of the U.S. Armed Forces and died as a result of service performed in Iraq or Afghanistan after September 11, 2001 may be eligible to receive the Iraq and Afghanistan Service Grant. The student must be under 24 years old or enrolled in college at least part-time at the time of the parent's or guardian's death.

Consortium Agreement

Complete this form if you are receiving financial aid at HCC while attending another college/university at the same time. A student can attend two colleges at the same time, BUT cannot receive financial aid at both colleges/universities at the same time. The Student Financial Aid Office does have a deadline to submit this form - please speak with a staff member at the Student Financial Aid Office before completing this form.

Bachelor's Degree Form

The Student Financial Aid Office will request this form if you indicated on your FAFSA that you have a Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) and/or that you will be pursuing a graduate degree.

This form is completed online – once you click submit, the form and supporting documentation will be electronically sent to the Student Financial Aid Office. Please allow 7-10 days for processing – continue to check your HCC student email account for updates.
