Employee Giving Campaign – Pet Photo Submission Form

Please submit only one photo of your pet. If you have multiple pets, you can either select one to submit a photo of or capture a group photo. All photos will be made publicly available.

In addition to weekly prizes offered by the HCC College Advancement Office, a pet photo will be selected EACH WEEK throughout the 6-week campaign to receive a prize from our local pet business partner, Hearty Pet! Be on the lookout for the pet spotlight and winner announcement through the weekly campaign email updates!
