The professionals at HCC provide consultative services to assess what programs and curriculum would be most beneficial to your organization. Since all organizations are unique, we don’t fit your needs into a pre-existing program but can design a program specially geared towards your company.

Our instructors have conducted needs assessments, trainings, strategic planning retreats, coaching, and organizational development for businesses and government organizations throughout the area. Our goal is to ensure that you are pleased with the services and experience that the college delivers to you. HCC’s experienced professionals can design and deliver effective training and related services to your organization.

Courses can be delivered at your business, at HCC's training facility at the Valley Mall, or in The Merle S. Elliott Conference Center on HCC's main campus, we well as customized to fit your budget. This allows us to deliver the highest level and most relevant training for the issues you face.
