Unusual Enrollment History Appeal Form
Unusual Enrollment History Appeal Form
The U.S. Department of Education has established regulations to prevent fraud and abuse of Federal student aid. Students who have received funding through the Federal Pell grant program may be identified with unusual enrollment history. Students may have legitimate reasons for an unusual enrollment history; however, an unusual enrollment history requires a review. The Student Financial Aid Office will review submitted documentation to determine if the unusual enrollment history reasons are valid. This must be resolved before the Student Financial Aid Office can determine your financial aid eligibility.
This form cannot be completed online – please print, complete, sign, and submit the form directly to the Student Financial Aid Office. Please allow 7-10 days for processing – continue to check your HCC student email account for updates.
