Academic Testing Center

The Academic Testing Center supports the pursuit of the personal and professional educational goals of HCC students, faculty, and community members by providing a safe, secure, and conducive environment for the administration of tests.

The Academic Testing Center assures proper course placement for all students seeking a degree or certificate, or attempting their first college-level English or Mathematics course, and offers national and challenge testing for qualified people.

Please remember to bring a photo ID. No one will be admitted without proper identification.

Placement tests are free for anyone attending HCC. Faculty authorized tests are given on a walk-in basis. Test takers are also responsible for following test center regulations. Click here to download a list of regulations.

Students with special needs who require testing accommodations should first contact Disability Services.
