The Teen Parent Program at Hagerstown Community College provides educational support services to Washington County residents who are 28 years of age or younger and who are or were teenage parents. Services to eligible participants may include:

Financial assistance for obtaining high school diploma or GED/ EDP

Personal assistance with filling out paperwork in preparation to take classes at Hagerstown Community College

Financial assistance with transportation, child care or tuition costs that may be interfering with achieving goals

Assistance with connecting with other services on campus and in the community
