Group looking to create HCC Helpful Tips page

Have you ever thought, "I wish I'd know that before?"

As part of a group project for the Legal Environment of Business course, a group of HCC students are in the process of compiling a list of helpful tips to be posted on the HCC Web site to make their fellow students’ lives a little easier while attending HCC.

They would like to hear your input on things you may have learned the hard way during your time at HCC. Please share what little known facts you’ve discovered that could benefit all students here at HCC, whether you're a full-time, part-time, returning, evening, or long- distance student.

This can include topics such as:

• Information on registration
• Purchasing books and supplies
• Navigating the building and parking situation
• Study habits/tutoring assistance
• Utilizing library and computer labs
• Obtaining financial aid
• Availability of recreation and social activities
• Or anything else that comes to mind!

Submissions will be accepted now through Fri., Oct. 15. Submissions can be e-mailed to dskessler@student.hagerstowncc.edu [3].

A new Web page will be added to the HCC Web site by the end of the year that will feature these student contributions.
