Beginning this fall, Hagerstown Community College will offer classes at Chambersburg Hospital and Greencastle-Antrim High School.
“It’s important for us to fulfill our mission by offering credit classes where our students live and work,” said HCC President Guy Altieri. “Nearly 20 percent of our student population comes from Pennsylvania and we want to make it even easier for them to fit college into their lives.”
Three courses will be offered at Chambersburg Hospital for the fall semester and include Human Biology and General Psychology on Wednesday evenings, and English Composition on Tuesday evenings. GAHS will be the location for Introduction to Sociology on Wednesday evenings and Public Speaking on Monday evenings. Classes begin the week of August 29.
Additional locations in Franklin County and courses will be added in the future. To learn more, call HCC at 301-790-2800, ext. 238.
