Hagerstown Community College’s Center for Continuing Education is offering, “Principles and Practices of Real Estate for Maryland,” on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from January 27 through April 16, from 6 to 9 p.m., in the Career Programs Building.
This course meets the requirements of the Maryland Real Estate Commission to take and pass the Maryland Real Estate licensing examination. Students must attend 60-hours of class time and receive a 70 percent or better on the final in order to receive a certificate, which allows them to take the Maryland state examination. Cost is $274.
