Coach Reynolds enters her second season as head coach of the Hagerstown Community College volleyball program. Reynolds is a 1997 graduate of Williamsport High School and 2001 graduate of Catawba College and will graduate with an MS in Exercise Science and Sport Psychology from the California University of Pennsylvania in December 2012.
In her first season as Head Coach, the Lady Hawks team won both MD JUCO and Region XX titles, finishing with a 13-0 MD JUCO conference record and 27-9 overall record. the 2011 Hawks squad finished their season placing 14th in the NJCAA National Volleyball tournament in Toledo, OH.
Prior to Hagerstown Community, Reynolds coached seven seasons of high school volleyball with an overall coaching record of 78-7. Reynolds helped the Williamsport Wildcats to four State Championships in five seasons. She was also selected to coach the Tri-State Region All-Star team in the Toyota All Star Spikefest and has directed and organized volleyball camps in Maryland and North Carolina.
As a high school player, Reynolds was a member of the Williamsport Wildcats volleyball team where she helped the Wildcats to one state championship title and three state finalist appearances. She set a state serving ace record during the state championship win and earned All-County, All-MVAL and All-Area selections and Player of the Year awards in her senior season.
Reynolds was a four year starter at Catawba College. She was a two-time South Atlantic Conference selection and helped the Indians to a South Atlantic Conference title in the 2000-2001 season. She led the conference in assists and assists per game her senior year, was named Pepsi Player of the week, and set three all-time setting records at Catawba including assists in a season, assists in a game and average assists per game.
Coach Reynolds lives in Fairplay with her husband Blair, daughter Elizabeth, two horses, a dog and a cat.
