Hagerstown Community College’s Student Government Association will host a free showing for “New Moon,” the second installment of Stephanie Meyer’s acclaimed “Twilight” saga starring Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. The show will begin at 1 p.m. in the Classroom Building Auditorium, CLR-111.

A student dance will be held on Fri., Feb. 26, starting at 8 p.m., in the Student Center. The theme is Black and White/Old Hollywood. Admission is free for HCC students. Each student is allowed to bring one guest, age 16 or older.

A student bake sale will be held on Wed., Feb. 17, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Student Center lobby. Cookies and brownies will be available for purchase. Only 50 cents per bag.

Sponsored by the HCC Students for Creative Anachronisms Club.

Help raise funds for Breast Cancer Awareness by participating in the Pizza Hut Fundraiser Night on Sat., Feb. 27. Simply order a Pizza Hut pizza on that Saturday and 20 percent of the sales generated will be donating towards Breast Cancer Awareness. You can go to any Hagerstown-area Pizza Hut to participate. Bring the attached fundraiser ticket with you when you pick up your order so that the two HCC organizations who are sponsoring this event get credit.

The Future Educators Club will be selling Krumpes donuts on Mon., Feb. 15 and Tues., Feb. 16 in the Student Center lobby and Classroom Building hallway, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day. Donuts are 50 cents each.
