Cyber Security Conference held April 12

The 2012 Cyber Security Regional conference will be held on Thurs., April 12, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon in HCC's Kepler Theater. This event is free and is open to the public.

The conference will focus on how business owners can protect the intellectual property of their businesses from cyber threats. A keynote speech from U.S. Cyber Command's senior officer will be given discussing emerging threats to the DOD and its suppliers. Participating federal agencies include:

• Federal Aviation Administration
• Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development

Live demos from prime contractors will also be featured.
