Job Creation at the Technical Innovation Center

Two clients of the Technical Innovation Center, DocuTrac, Inc. and Tox Path Specialists, LLC, have recently added new staff positions.
DocuTrac, Inc., a developer of behavioral health software, has just announced advancements for their QuicDoc® EHR and Office Therapy PMS software. In addition, they recently became the very first software company to be New York State Clinical Records Initiative (NYSCRI) certified. The following positions have been added to the DocuTrac staff:
- Jim Miller – Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Donna Briggs – Programmer
- Heather Painter – Medical Billing Specialist
- Brandon Fumagalli – Technical Support Advisor
- Mark Kelly – Enterprise Support Advisor
Tox Path Specialists, LLC develops and carries out safety assessments of new drugs and devices targeting diseases of the human central and peripheral nervous systems. They also perform safety assessments of new therapies for a variety of other organ systems. They have added the following position:
- Sharon Gray – Histology Technician
The Technical Innovation Center (TIC) is Washington County’s full service technology business incubator at Hagerstown Community College. The mission of the TIC is to foster entrepreneurship and technology business creation in the region to help diversify the local economy and to promote the creation of higher wage employment opportunities for HCC students and the citizens of Washington County.
