HCC Gaming Club adds additional day to upcoming convention

Hagerstown Community College’s upcoming gaming convention, “Gamer Paradise,” has expanded to include events on Fri., May 20 and Sat., May 21. All events will be held in the Athletic, Recreation and Community Center (ARCC) on HCC’s main campus.

Convention registration will begin at 4 p.m. on Fri., May 20 with initial tournament play immediately following registration. Tournament play will last until 8 p.m. that night. The convention will continue on Sat., May 21, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., during which time attendees can continue to play games and try out new systems.  The event will feature vendors and gaming companies for a variety of systems including Xbox, Wii, Playstation, and others. Board and card games will also be played.
