New scholarship available to Hispanic students

Students attending Hagerstown Community College are eligible to apply for scholarships through the Hispanic Association of Hagerstown (HAH).

HAH will award scholarships for the summer 2011 and fall 2011 semesters. Applicants must be Hispanic, must be attending HCC at least part-time, and are required to attend the annual Hispanic Association of Hagerstown Festival on Sept. 18, 2011.

To apply, students must submit a completed application to HAH by Fri., April 15 for summer and Thurs., June 30 for fall. All applications must be submitted in English. Applications can also be picked up in person from the Student Financial Aid Office, which is located in the Administration and Student Affairs Building on HCC’s main campus.   

All applications must be mailed directly to HAH. Applications returned to HCC will not be forwarded. Application materials should be sent to:
