Hedge Apple Submissions Due Feb. 15

Submissions to HCC's Literary Arts Magazine, the Hedge Apple, are due Feb. 15. Submissions can include the following:

    * 3 to 5 poems
    * 1 to 2 short stories
    * 3 to 5 pieces of artwork

HCC students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to submit. Submissions should be sent electronically as attachments to hedgeapple@hagerstowncc.edu. Include your name and a brief bio with your submission.

Previously published works will be accepted; please provide previous publishing information (if any) when you submit.

The Hedge Apple is also seeking a student art editor. The art editor for the Hedge Apple will be responsible for selecting art work for both the print and Web version of the Hedge Apple magazine. Applicants should be comfortable recognizing quality in a wide range of art worms and determining what is best-suited for each type of media.
