Submitted by Leigh-Anne Mauk on Tue, 01/18/2011 - 3:36pm
Hagerstown Community College’s Continuing Education and Community Services Division is offering “Real Estate Principles and Practices,” on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, from 6 to 9 p.m., beginning Jan. 25 and ending April 14.
Approved by the State of Maryland Real Estate Commission, this 60-hour course will teach participants everything they need to know to pass the Maryland Real Estate Licensing Examination. Students must attend all classes and receive a 70 percent or better on the final examination in order to receive their certificate, which will allow them to take the state examination. Cost is $279. Fee does not include textbooks. All classes will be held in the Career Programs Building on HCC’s main campus.
