Supervisor certification course offered at HCC

Hagerstown Community College’s Continuing Education and Community Services Division is offering a crash course for supervisors.

“Supervisor Fast Track Certification” is geared towards individuals working in supervisory positions, supervisors with little training who want to improve their skills, or individuals who want to advance to supervisor positions. Discussion topics include working efficiently with different personalities; communication; conflict resolution and management; performance management and corrective action; legal issues; and the role of the supervisor in today’s work environment.
