Management of the Complex Foot and Ankle

This course will provide an overview of the biomechanics of the fool and ankle, muscle control, and gait analysis and identify common and uncommon foot/ankle problems. Current and advanced assessment, treatment and therapies will be presented for the management of injuries, neurological problems, pathomechanical and orthotic conditions and other abnormal orthopaedic conditions. Topics include:
Anatomy and Biomechanics of the Foot and Ankle
Foot and Ankle Assessment, Diagnosis and Treatment
Functional Assessment of the Foot and Ankle
Advanced Assessment and Treatment for the Complex Foot and Ankle
