HCC music faculty host recital on March 28

Hagerstown Community College’s music department is hosting a faculty recital on Sun., March 28, beginning at 3 p.m., in HCC’s Kepler Theater.

The event will highlight the recent CD release of Korby Sanders, an adjunct music teacher at the College. Her album, “Winds and Keys” is a collection of classical, romantic, and jazz pieces from a variety of periods. She will be performing with musician Vanessa Candreva, a music teacher at Sewickley Academy in Pittsburgh. Musicians Dave Warner, Paul Melville, Joe Marschner, and Jonas Dawson will also be accompanying.

Admission is free and the public is encouraged to attend. There will be a reception in the Kepler Theater lobby following the performance. For more information about this event, e-mail sandersk@hagerstowncc.edu.
