Windows 7 Launch Party

The Information Technology Association (ITA) is sponsoring a Windows 7 Launch Party on Mon., Oct. 26, from 6 to 8:45 p.m. in the ATC, room 200. Student ITA members will demonstrate many of the new features available through Windows 7, the newest Microsoft operating system (OS).

This event is a "drop-in-and-try-it" affair and students are not required to stay for the entire session. Light refreshments will be served and door prizes are available. Students can enter for a chance to win one of five gift bags. All students are welcome.

Another Windows 7 launch party will be held the following day, Tues., Oct. 27, from 1 to 2:15 p.m. in ATC-200.

Technology students can pick up a free copy of Windows 7 courtesy of MSDNAA.
