Third Annual Hispanic Festival of Hagerstown

The Third Annual Hispanic Festival of Hagerstown will be held on Sun., Sept. 20, from 12 noon to 6 p.m., at the Hagerstown Fairgrounds.

Activities include performances by live bands, a DJ, a soccer tournament, and a host of fun entertainment and activities for children and people of all ages.

Profits and donations will benefit Hagerstown Community College scholarships.
