Improve your skills at HCC's writing workshops

Hagerstown Community College’s Center for Continuing Education is now offering a variety of writing workshops geared towards aiding students in writing, publishing, and improving basic sentence structure and grammar.
New one-day workshops this fall include “How to Publish Your Book,” on Thurs., Oct. 15; “Structuring Your Story,” on Thurs., Oct. 29; “Mythic Storytelling for Fiction Writers,” on Thurs., Nov. 12; “Creating Fictional Worlds: Fantasy, Historical, Whimsical, or Contemporary” on Thurs., Dec. 3; and “Sentence-Level Revision Techniques” on Thurs., Dec. 17. All courses are offered from 6 to 8 p.m. at HCC’s Valley Mall Center.
