Lollipopalooza

Hagerstown Community College will hold its ninth annual Lollipopalooza on Sat., Aug. 15, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., in HCC’s Alumni Amphitheater.

Sponsored by HCC’s Student Government Association, Lollipopalooza is a back-to-school family fun day and kids’ dance party that features children’s music and events. A deejay will play children’s music throughout the day and additional activities include face-painting, a rock n’ roll photo session for kids, magic tricks by Uncle Bean the Magician, music workshops, Discovery Station demonstrations, an inflatable slide, prizes and giveaways, and more.

Admission is free and this event is open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring a donation of at least one school supply, which will benefit Children In Need, Inc. of Washington County. Free popcorn and drinks will be provided by the HCC Alumni Association and additional food and drinks can be purchased at the HCC concession stand throughout the day.
