Cohen appointed to fund raising council

Lieba J. Cohen, CFRE, director of institutional advancement at Hagerstown Community College, was recently appointed to be a member of the CFRE International Advisory Council and attended its June meeting at its headquarters in Alexandria, Va. Cohen represents the Council for Resource Development (CRD), the organization for community college development professionals.
