HCC to offer pet massage course

The Center for Continuing Education at Hagerstown Community College will offer an introduction to pet massage on Saturday, November 1 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Humane Society of Washington County.
     
This course will provide a step-by-step approach for the pet owner to massage their dog or cat. The focus will be on the holistic philosophy of animal well-being, while teaching an elementary knowledge of pet anatomy, basic animal psychology, and massage techniques.
     
The class fee is $39, plus a $20 materials fee and $5 registration fee. Class size is limited. To register or learn more, call 301-790-2800, ext. 236.
