American Management Association course on management offered at HCC

Hagerstown Community College’s Center for Continuing Education, Business and Professional Development is offering a course entitled “Communication Skills for Managers,” which is focused on providing students with the skills and techniques needed to become an effective manager and communicate effectively with employees.
Offered in cooperation with the American Management Association, students will learn how to identify individual communication styles, successfully apply useful communication practices to the workplace, listen more effectively, and manage conflict.
