HCC offers real estate investing course

Hagerstown Community College’s Center for Continuing Education is offering a real estate investing course on Tuesdays, from 6 to 8:30 p.m., from Oct. 7 through Nov. 25.
     
This course is for beginning real estate investors and is designed to reduce the learning curve for real estate investing in Washington County. Students will learn from local experienced investors about the realities of real estate investing and what they can expect from their own investments. Topics include financial options, small business planning, Maryland lead paint laws, local code ordinances, property management, and more. Co-sponsored by the Washington County Landlord and Property Owners Association (WCLPOA).
