HCC offers certification course for mortgage loan officers

Hagerstown Community College’s Center for Continuing Education is offering a course on Maryland Mortgage Loan Officer Pre-Licensing on Tuesdays, from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., from Sept. 16 through Nov. 25.
     
This course is approved by the Maryland Office of Financial Regulation. All mortgage originators are required to complete this course with a passing grade prior to applying for a license.
