HCC offers summer choral singing course

This summer, Hagerstown Community College is offering a choral singing course from July 10 through August 21. Choral Singing I will be held every Thursday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on HCC’s main campus.
     
Taught by HCC instructor Curtis Shetler, the course is geared towards those interested in the art and history of choral singing. Students will study the elements of rhythm, as well as pitch, and will learn about the different types of choral music in addition to learning how to sing choral music themselves.
