HCC offers seminar on creating business alliances

The Technical Innovation Center (TIC) at Hagerstown Community College will offer the last portion of its executive entrepreneurial seminar series on Tues., June 3, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the TIC, conference room 208. The seminar is entitled, “Creating Business Alliances,” and will address the major issues that all entrepreneurs face, from starting their business to handling opportunities and challenges that come with growth.
