HCC holds spring student art exhibit

Hagerstown Community College will host its annual spring student art exhibit from Mon., April 28 through Fri., May 2, in the lobby of the Kepler Theater on HCC’s campus.
The Spring Student Art Exhibit will feature approximately 80 students exhibiting a host of artwork including painting, drawing, mixed media sculpture, ceramic sculpture, pottery, digital photography, and graphic design prints. To be eligible to enter the show, students must be currently enrolled in one of HCC’s art courses, and must also have a coherent body of work to present.
The opening reception will be held on Mon., April 28, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. This event is free and the public is invited to attend. In addition, the art exhibit will be open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. through May 2.
